The typhoons which many believe was HAARP induced called Haiyon, wiped out thousands of homes and killed thousands of people in the Philippines. I want to help them rebuild with a new ecologically friendly concrete that is 2 to 3 times stronger than conventional concrete, extremely insulating, costs 20 percent less, and is waterproof. I will design and help make homes 'with roots' that future man-made typhoons will NOT blow away or wash away. Their homes will be a safe haven if on high ground above storm surges or threatening floods I will live there and help build new homes for the misplaced and the poor. I also have family there so I really care for these people. My home designs will be unique, functional and very enduring. This new concrete will last much longer than common Portland cement products. My plan includes new learning facilities, a hospital, medical clinics, senior's residences and modernized marketplaces Another key element in these efforts is providing (suppressed) free electrical energy in the communities we get to work in. Oil./diesel is used now to generate electricity. A suitable type of over-unity generator will alleviate another barrier to healthier happier lives. I will also promote public space gardening and fruit growing so that residents will have an extra safety net when times get rough. People in my area are plagued with higher than normal prices for food and produce. I will encourage more local fruit vegetables and fish production to lower added transport costs to their food. I have a large extended family there to assist in every way with these endeavors. I have over 40 years experience in designing and building homes and commercial structures. These are some of the hopes and dreams I see already built in my Mind. I sincerely wish for all the help possible from the Prosperity Programs and from helpful volunteers. Funding will also be required for utilities improvements and new installations. My plan entails hiring existing local builders then teaching them some of my tricks so they in turn can multiply the efforts faster once indoctrinated. I hope to incentivize owners to help with their own project to help build not only their homes but their lives and their sense of place, self esteem, and pride in their communities. Much work can be accomplished if the weather war tactics can be set aside.
