Create modular transportable, self-contained units stocked with full infrastructure of said containers, immediate worldwide shipping and transportation capabilities included, of disaster relief supplies and equipment, medical and surgical operating rooms, ICUs, care and recuperation facilities, green energy sources, all needs covered (food, water, beds, blankets, medical supplies) and staff ready to go proactively on 24 hours notice. An additional feature is educational needs addressed, for site use, schools, off-site facilities for development in each vicinity. Includes teachers, staff,civil engineers, scientists, sociologists and technologists, plus community development at each location. Completed facilities to be granted to local inhabitants of affected areas to meet their needs permanently. This concept can be applied to border dispute situations, orphanage needs, wells to be drilled, and many other fields of endeavor.
