Will help communities develop wastewater treatment facilities that convert solid and contaminated waste into diesel fuel. Will assist with obtaining all necessary materials and knowledge to set up and operate this plant in any location. Can be small business or entire city set up.
Also wil educate about algae fuels from waste and algae grown in inhospitable environments.
