We want to build a geodesic dome using greencrete and polystyrene for the walls, wind and solar power for energy, and water conservation. We are in the planning and R&D stages with multiple sizes of dome (frames) now done. Next we will be completing the exterior of a 10' dome to work out more kinks in the design. We are wanting to build domes that are very affordable, energy efficent (preferably off-grid) and give all the opportunity to live in the space of sacred geometry. We currently need a piece of land and all monies for building. We have a engineer on board to help with the process of building permits, etc. Colorado is not very "Green" friendly, but maybe by getting the first Dome done we can help change this. We also look forward to working with other like-minded souls. I personally am wanting to build a Healing center and wish to use the domes for the buildings. My husband is a "Jack" of all trades with most of his life experience working with metal, construction and truck driving. He is now paritally disabled and also sees this type of building as the new direction that he is to be going with his life.
