Spectrum is designed in reminiscence of Nikola Teslas 'Wardencliffe' built to distribute world wide electricity and communications. It is a cooperative community centre of Retail/office spaces, Cafe and community kitchen, Laboratory, Childcare, Revegetation Nursery, Internet, Library and Theatre.
