We will build apprx 3200 sq ft, single dwelling houses for retired servants of the LORD and "grant" the use of the houses to the couples for their lifetime, free of charge. Their only responsibility will be to pay for their utilities. We want to add sustainability to these retired servants who have given themselves to serve the LORD. The houses will be built with as much "green" user-friendly amenities as possible and also with solar panels. Upon decease of both of the husband and wife, the house will in-turn be "granted" to another couple for their lifetime.
