I would like to provide funds to hire massage therapists and energy healers to visit nursing homes and homebound elderly clients to provide healthy touch. The geriatric population is extremely touch deprived and healthy human touch is important for their emotional, mental and physical well being. These services are not provided in nursing homes and many seniors do not have funds or insurance that will pay for it.
