Background: Having faced a bleak outlook in the job market, I began setting up a business with all I know: technology. I have had a passion for technology all my life (since the Atari days) and firmly believe that if it can be repaired it should be saved from our landfills with all the toxic chemicals and heavy metals contained in modern digital circuitry. I have seller accounts on the Ebay and Amazon platforms where I have listed numerous electronics repair services and parts along with most of my personal possessions accumulated over a lifetime. I have acquired five service platforms for cellular electronics and tablet computers, soldering equipment, circuit rework tables, scopes, meters, numerous databases of information, a service computer, some parts, some cellular phones and my current focus is televisions, cellular phones, tablets, stereos, amplifiers and I've even serviced refrigerators, stoves, heating units, household electrical circuits, satellite and cable television decoder boxes, console gaming systems and more. Despite my best efforts, I have yet to achieve a regular and predictable income from these sources but, with my first child due in April, I would love the security to know that my budding family can be provided for. I continue to search for work only to have my value continually negated through inconvenient situations beyond my control (ie no work available, no hours for me, no positions). I have served professionally in the past in many industries from banking to photo developing to customer service to food service to construction labor to clerical work to general office administration and even medical documentation. Last year (2013), I gave up a position as an IT Supervisor in order to go back home and care full-time for a terminally ill family member. I have the drive to succeed and have a plan I implement every day. I give everything my all every time, yet I cannot seem to find where to fit. I hold an Associate's in Computer Information Systems and Network Security and I'm working to obtain my Medical Coding certificate and also an Associate's degree in Medical Office Administration. So far none of my efforts have been anything but fruitless since about 2010. With what is now on the way in April (my first born), I now have stepped up my efforts even more. Without much working capitol, I'm at a standstill despite my expertise, knowledge base and my efforts. I have a solid support structure and as I see it, my fiancee and family are pure gold, but mostly unable to assist me at this time.

My plan: 1. Incorporate 2. Purchase broken electronics and parts 3. Re-manufacture and resell devices as refurbished with warranties and, of course 4. Be capable of providing what's needed when it's needed for my up and coming family.
