Homeless individuals and families will be given the opportunity to live in small homes which will help them establish a place of residence for a certain time where they can become self-sufficient and get back into society as working men and women. As these homeless people become self-sufficient, they will move out and others will move in for a certain time until they become self-sufficient, etc. There will be education assistance to help them get updated with soceity. This opportunity will given to other homeless people in other states.
