Buy a number of coin laundries in depressed areas, renovate them and convert them to rehabilitation centers. Portion of the laundromat to be set aside for education assistance, relocation & home finding, meal & clothing stubs, a place to rest, computer centers, free phones and a LOVING environment. Employees to be chosen from those 'of need'. Goal is to make a center of LOVING.
