I plan to build affordable housing for low-income families that cannot afford a home or access to adequate housing. I plan to purchase land and buildings to rebuild neighborhoods, townhomes, and urban housing. I will setup a company that will purchase foreclosed homes and short sales, rebuild the homes and resell or rent them at an affordable price to families in need of affordable housing. I will contract with local developers to rebild and remodel the homes before reselling and renting the homes. I will also offer an option for families unable to purchase a home to enter into a agreement to lease to own the home.
