Project for apartments needed in the areas indicated in summary. Apartments are upper scale, green built, water conservative, people oriented, and fill a need in these communities. They are energy efficient units and will recycle any run-off water. All construction will be steel frame construction. Super foam insulated, insulated between floors and apartments and closed attics, fire code sheet rock, sprinkler system in every room. Each apartment will have air exchangers and be very easy to heat and cool. Demand water heaters in each apartment so you get hot water when needed and saves water. Green Technologies: 1 Steel Framing Construction minimizes cutting trees and is recyclable materials 2 Demand water heats conserve water and electric and/or gas 3 Super foam insulation makes affordable utilities and conserves electric and/or gas 4 Geo-thermal heating and cooling will lower utilities and save electric and/or gas Other feathers: 1 15% low income and handicap housing 2 20% 55+ housing 3 Educational training: languages, GED classes, computer skills and homework helpers 4 Provide transportation services for grocery shopping or medical needs for tenants in need
