Purchasing empty vacant Hotel buildings, and refurbishing them into individual small rooms that have sleeping quarters for singles, and Family living. This idea is patterned after TC4 in Washington State. Strictly for homeless people who are trying to get back on their feet. No rent, length of stay undetermined, counseling available, Drug/alcohol counseling available, Social worker available. Food service available serving three meals a day, and free bus tokens for job hunters. In order to get into one of our facilities, you can't have had recent felonies, or warrants. Zero drugs or Alcohol permitted, couples must be married to live together. etc.
