MISSION STATEMENT We are witnessing the greatest demand for renewable energy in the history of mankind. Pioneers and everyday people are taking active roles in repairing the damage done to our planet. Focus is on healthier living, cooperation in all regions and finding “NOW” and “Shared Success” solutions for entire planet. GreenTek R&D is finding ways to be “part of the solution” by creative consideration for consumers and environment. Our pioneering works include down to earth education of the public, cooperation and “Bridge-Making” with policy-makers and decision-makers in financial, educational and industrial arenas. We are providing the much-needed Business & Technology Incubator to local and global innovators for hatching pioneering technologies in wind, solar, magnetic, hydrogen and leading-edge, zero point energy as well as other futuristic technologies that need a nourishing environment for development. Our mission is to be available to the commercial and consumer markets in the second year of operation and work towards achieving IPO status (or Trade Sale) by year three. GreenTekRD’s primary interest and focus is in Solar, Wind, Energy storage and Hybrid renewable energy projects. This venture is the by-product of a deep desire to reverse the deforestation of our planet. Energy shortages realized in the early 70’s re-ignited the global interest in renewable technology. The direct result of over 36 years of research and development in a series of renewable, practical and alternative energy innovations brings us to the forefront of renewable energy innovation. Initial experimentation started in 1974 after noticing extreme heat generation inside of automobiles. A simple prototype was then created and tested. GreenTek R&D is seeking a capital investment of $150 million (US) from an investor or joint venture partner for a two phase project. $50,000,000 of the initial investment is to finance Phase One of a 2-years research and development plan, followed by Phase Two using $100 Million for general operations, construction of Biz Qube, equipment, materials, tooling, manufacturing and marketing of our products and services. The evolutions of these two phases of this project are outlined below. GreenTek R&D, (GTRD) is the Phase One entity in a traditional office-warehouse building measuring 15-20,000 sq. ft. and with a staff of 57. Phase one includes R&D and manufacturing of competitive, practical renewable energy collectors, processing and storage systems. During this time we will further finish the final planning of the construction of Biz Qube, our ultimate incubator. Phase Two concludes with extended products being brought to market with expanded construction of the research and testing facility and Biz Qube, an innovative “incubator” operation. Biz Qube is a carefully custom-designed 5-story, functional, 270,000 sq. ft. office-warehouse combination providing full service management, R&D and incubator space for over 700 occupants to work on practical and earth friendly R&D projects. Over 100+ new EGGs, “Economic Growth Generators”, will be incubated at each time with help of team of professionals and diversified resources. Biz Qube will be built in a suitable location(s) depending on funding. We will finalize development of our “GREEN” product line for added revenues.
