The project intent is to build up a Geotherm electric 200MW facility in Chaiten, Chile, South America. Chaiten village, with 25.000 habitants, has been erased out by an eruption of a dormant volcano of 10.000 years, and the inhabitants has migrated and some has returned to restart a life. Our philantropic non profit Foundation, intends to help those people with revenues obtained of energy sold to local grid, helping and with government support rebuild the village, provide water and sewage, and basic services, and to begin economic activities, mainly in the agro fisheries and eco tourism. Also aid for a hospital and school is considered. Also this initiative will contribute to stopping the building of a dam, a water electric generator 2 GW, avoiding the damage well known to land and inhabitants. Furthermore the zone belongs to cold, wild rain forest, the last on the planet. Finance: We need only some willing and able third parties (Funder) to place a POF (Proof of Funds worth 100 M usd or euros; we have a contact in London and Switzerland to place this POF in a program PPP (private place program) and obtain a return of 100% by week during 40 weeks. Funds remain on bank vault of funder. A must is to have a humanitarian project (ours). This way the funder can aid our Foundation and also obtain a good return for his own. We could share a 40%-60%.
