I published an article on Cold fusion in Infinite Energy Magazine #87, Sept.-Oct. 2009. This appeared as the leading Letter to the Editor, entitled "Fusion Energy Generation in the Solid State by Nuclear Acoustic Resonance of Bloch Quasiparticle Deuterons". This proposed an experiment which might replicate the Fleischmann-Pons meltdown which caused so much furor 25 years ago. At that time I obtained an agreement from Dr. Michael McKubre of SRI International to test this idea in his cold fusion facility, however he was never able to obtain funding. He (SRI) is still active in the field, but what he (SRI) does is strictly limited to the statement of work which carries the funding.
