I would like to implement learning centers in various states as a Pilot, then implement fully after 1 year. To establish a place for children to come, of school age, to get tutoring and help with math, computer and reading. Also to have a reading center for children and parents to come, for age 2-4 that are not in school. They used to offer the reading project two days a week at the public library for little children and it was canceled due to budget cuts by government. These reading projects work and the children are now suffering with no place to go. I will need a foundations setup and funding.
