H. Y. P. E. is a youth development and humanitarian project that sparkles in the areas of self-esteem and awareness through exposing groups of young ladies and young men to a 12-week cultural diversity program. This will help our youth as they venture out into the world, as it has become a virtual melting pot. This program is open to all nationalities and is designed to help them see others as they see themselves, to remove fear of the unknown or inexperienced, to become aware of each culture's value to society, diverse cultural etiquette, learn basic phrases in each explored culture, host a Community Cultural Diversity Day, invite Leaders of diverse cultures to address participants, and sponsor a bi-annual educational tour. In addition they will be encouraged to complete formal education as well as spiritual education to give back to not only their community but the world. These youth hopefully will have an active passion for domestic and foreign missions; they will be cultivated to go into the hedges and highways to help their fellow man through a holistic vision. Our youth will be educated in the preparation, services and many phases of missions, the positive and overwhelming effects on them and those they serve. We believe that the physical needs have to be met before we can effectively meet the emotional, educational and spiritual needs of others. This team will be effectively trained how to work side by side with adult supervision to reach out to their peers of all nationalities by finding a common plank on which to build a bridge. They will be educated on the assets and liabilities of past and present cultural history and given hands-on training in all phases of holistic missions programs.

Need Funds to Purchase Building and Start Up. Assistance for Operations, Staffing and pilot, Office Supplies and Equipment, Vehicles, Airplane and Hanger, Vehicle, Airplane, Liability, Health and Employee Insurance, Furniture, Appliances (small and large), computers, software, printers, copiers, website, P. R. and Media, Audio and Visual equipment. Program Supplies and Inventory, Kitchen Food and Supplies. Bins for sorting and storing collected and donated items. Inventory control software, assorted storage bags and markers, large volume of assorted toiletries, topical first aide items, medical supplies, children pre-k-12 educational books, new lap tops, International telephones, international phone cards, Immunization assistance, International Travel expenses to include passports, exchange fees, funding, luggage, back packs, transport totes, shipping crate, training for staff and team, Media/P. R. campaigns and incidentals. We will partner with Educational Missions Tours and other charities, nonprofit organizations and community resources to maintain, increase and build on the foundation that you strengthen us to lay.

Our project would be most effective with the ownership of an airplane with our logo that would limit delays and increase the amount of physical inkind gifts that we could carry straight to those in need.
