My concept utilizes all my math and construction skills to design and create concentric rings of holes in increasing sizes from 3/32 inch to 3/8 inch in diameter. Varying the # of rings with the total # of holes, will produce "Solitary Bee Habitats" of different sizes to appeal to backyard enthusiasts. Creating scenic housing for the Solitary Bees, should attract the interest of more people to help restore the dwindling solitary bee population.

Under $25k

The funds are for the tools and supplies to begin prototyping and manufacturing the bee habitats, such as a table saw, drill press, molding equipment, etc.
